At Healthylicious By Sara, we prepare and deliver all orders with great care to ensure freshness, safety, and high quality. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Pre-Order Schedule

We accept pre-orders from Monday to Sunday. Orders placed during these days are queued for preparation and delivery on the next available delivery day.

2. Delivery Days

We currently offer:

  • Same-day or next-day delivery within Beirut

  • Delivery outside Beirut within 4–5 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.

3. No Pickups

At the moment, we do not offer a pickup option. All orders are delivered exclusively through our delivery partners.

4. Delivery Process

Because our products are edible and time-sensitive, customers must ensure that:

  • A correct and complete delivery address is provided

  • Someone is available to receive the order upon arrival

  • A valid and reachable phone number is active on the delivery day

Healthylicious By Sara is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or unreachable phone numbers.

5. Failed Deliveries

If the courier cannot complete the delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect information:

  • The delivery will be marked as failed

  • No refunds or replacements will be provided (in line with our no-refund policy)

  • A second delivery attempt may require an additional delivery fee

6. Delays & External Factors

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic or road closures

  • Courier capacity

  • Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.

7. Order Confirmation

You will receive an email or message confirmation once your order is placed. An additional notification may be sent when your order is out for delivery.

8. Quality Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item appears damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photos so our team can review the issue.
