1. No Returns
All items sold by Healthylicious By Sara are final sale.
Because our products are edible and perishable, we do not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Unwanted, mistaken, or incorrectly ordered items

2. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any orders, including online payments. This applies to:

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, all sales are final.
3. Cancellations

Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the sole discretion of Healthylicious By Sara. Orders already prepared or in process cannot be canceled.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Quality-Related Issues
Although returns and refunds are not accepted, we will assist if your order arrives:

In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos for review.
If approved, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a replacement or store credit. This is not guaranteed and is handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
All products sold by Healthylicious By Sara are considered non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are edible items. Once an order leaves our facility, it cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded due to food safety regulations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
