What are the Tomillo ingrendients?

Tomillo has South Lebanese zaatar and sumac, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, pistachios and almonds.
It does not have walnuts.

How do we store Tomillo?

The same way you store zaatar usually; preferably in an airtight container in a cool dry place.

Is Tomillo sour?

Tomillo is less sour than the normal Lebanese zaatar.

What can we use Tomillo in?

Sprinkle on sandwiches, eggs, fruits (nectarine and figs for eg.) and avocado.
Can be used in mnekeesh and pancakes

What is Kammouneh and how can we use it?

Kammouneh is not cumin, it is a bulgur mix that has spices, herbs and greens and replaces the plain bulgur that we use in all kinds of kibbe (meat and vegan ones)

Is kammouneh spicy?

It has some chili pepper in it, a small flavor addition but not too spicy.

How do we store kammouneh?

It can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days (no electricity cuts) and in freezer for up to 6 months.
It cannot be kept outside the fridge.

Do we have to soak or wash kammouneh before using?

If you are making kibbe b souneyeh or kibbe rounds, kammouneh can be soaked depending on your usual recipe (replace bulgur with kammouneh.
For raw kibbe, frake, kibbet banadoura and batata, no need to soak or wash it.

Do we have to add anything to kammouneh before using?

No, salt to taste depending on the dish you are preparing.

Do you have packs for travel?

The packages are travel safe.

Do you deliver outside lebanon?

Currently no, delivery is all over Lebanon.
