Ingredients:

1 cup whole-wheat flour

1 cup all-purpose flour

4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 TBS sugar

1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk)

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

Fruits and honey for serving

Preparation:

Whisk together the whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

Aside whisk together milk, eggs and vanilla 

Pour the liquid mixture into the flour mixture and stir just until combined. 

Add the greek yogurt and stir.

Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat and grease with some oil (spray oil or brush work well)

Cook in batches using a 1/4 cup of the batter each time

cook until bubbles form around the edges of each pancake, about 3 minutes. 

Flip and cook for around 1 mn 

Repeat with the remaining batter 

Serve the pancakes topped with fruits and some honey

Ingredients:

2 and a 1/2 cups flour mixed with 1 TBS baking powder and a pinch of  salt
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup canned pineapple juice

Preparation:

preheat oven to 170 degrees C
Beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla on max speed for 2-3 mn
Gradually add oil and juice
Add flour mix while beating just until incorporated
Grease a pan with oil
Bake for 40- 50 mn
When it cools down, flip and decorate with strawberries and chocolate hazelnut spread (OPTIONAL)

Ingredients:

340 gram butter, melted, kept warm
150 grams sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
250 gram chocolate melted (i used a mix of milk and dark chococolate but u can use whatever you like)
Sifted togeher: 200 grams flour, 60 grams cocoa powder, 1 tsp salt
250 gram chocolate chunks

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
In a bowl, mix together warm butter and sugar until well combined
Add eggs and vanilla and mix until creamy
Add melted chocolate and mix till combined
Add the flour, cocoa and salt mixture and combine using a spatula
Fold in chocolate chunks
Transfer to a pan
Bake for 20-25 mn

Ingredients:

1. 1 3/4 cups flour
2. 1 cup sugar
3. 2 tsp baking powder
4. 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
5. 1/2 tsp salt
6. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
7. 2 eggs at room temperature
8. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
9. 1 cup liquid skimmed milk
10. 2 tsp vanilla
11. 1 cup BOILING water

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 17o decrees C
Combine well the ingredients 1 through 6
Add the following 7 through 10 ingredients while mixing wih an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes
Add the hot water and mix with a spoon
Bake for 40-50 mn if doing a cake and 12-15 mn for cupcakes

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup plain yogurt ( you can use low fat yogurt)
1/2 cup skimmed milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 170 degrees C
Grease a pan with oil
Combine flour, sugar, 3/4 cup chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.
Whisk egg, yogurt, milk, and vegetable oil in another bowl until smooth; pour into chocolate mixture and stir until batter is just blended.
Pour into cake pan
OPTIONAL: sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips on top
Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35-40 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan

Ingredients:

1 cup short grain rice, soaked for half an hour then drained

6 cups liquid skimmed milk

3/4 to 1 cup sugar

6 TBS cornstarch 

2 tsp rose water (or more to taste) 

1 tsp blossom water (or more to taste) 

Preparation: 

Cook rice in 1 cup water

Mix together all other ingredients while cold except for rose and blossom water 

When rice is cooked, add the milk mixture and keep stirring until the mixture thickens (almost boiling) 

Add the blossom and rose water and stir for another minute 

Put in serving bowls, allow to cool and refrigerate until serving 

Garnish with ground or whole pistachios

Ingredients:

2 eggs 

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white sugar

4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

Preheat waffle iron. 

Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy. 

Beat in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla, just until smooth

Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. 

Cook until golden brown. 

Serve with fresh berries/honey

Ingredients for 8 pancakes:

1 cup oats

1 cup skimmed milk

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

A pinch of salt 

Preparation:

In a food processor, process oats until they become flour like

Transfer oats to a bowl

Add baking powder,cinnamon and salt and combine well

Aside, mix egg with milk and vanilla

Add liquid mixture to ats mixture and mix just until combined

Let sit for 5 minutes

Scoop 1/4 cup of the mixture into a non-stick pan 

When bubbles form flip and leave until it’s well cooked

Serve with your favorite berries and greek yogurt mixed with honey

Ingredients:

Parchment paper to line the baking pan
1 can pineapple slices, 1/2 cup of its juice reserved for cake
1/4 cup brown sugar

2.5 cups flour combined with 1 TBS baking powder
4 whole eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1/2 cup veg oil

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 170 degrees celsius
Line a pan with parchment paper, grease with some oil , sprinkle evenly the brown sugar and line the pineapple slices

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla for 2 mn
Add while beating 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup juice and 1/2 cup yogart until well combined
Gradually add the flour mix to the eggs mix until combined (do not over mix)
Add the cake batter on top of the pineapples
Bake for 40-45 mn
Allow cake to cool before turning over and removing the parchment paper

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1 cup rolled oats

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

1 tsp ground cinnamon

3/4 cup light brown sugar

1 cup grated granny smith apple, around one large

1 cup grated carrot, around 2-3 medium carrots

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup liquid skimmed milk

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C 

Line a cupcake tin with cupcake papers

Combine: flour, oats, baking powder, bicarb, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl 

Add in the grated carrot and apple and stir until they are coated in flour.

Beat: eggs, vanilla, milk and vegetable oil in another bowl 

Pour wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon until there are no lumps of flour left. Don’t beat or be tempted to keep mixing, otherwise you may end up with rubbery muffins.

Divide the mixture between the  muffin holes and fill equally 

Bake  for 12- 15 minutes, until risen and lightly golden (insert a  skewer into the center, when it comes out clean it means they’re done) 

Allow to cool before serving!
