
Tenderloin
Ingredients:
Whole beef tenderloin (weighing around 1.2 – 1.5 kilograms)
Coarse salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Some oil
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius
Place a pan that can accommodate the tenderloin in the oven so it heats up
Season the tenderloin well with salt and pepper
Heat a pot
Add some oil
Sear the tenderloin from all sides until it’s well browned
Transfer to the oven pan
Cook for 25 minutes
Let rest a little before cutting
Rosemary Garlic Potato
Ingredients:
1 kilogram baby potatoes (or medium sized ones)
Water for boiling the potatoes
3 TBS olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 small garlic bulb cut in half horizontally
Some fresh rosemary
Preparation:
Clean the potatoes well (skin on)
Place in a pan with the oil, pepper, salt, rosemary and garlic
Roast for 30-40 on 200 degrees celsius until golden brown
Basil Sauce
Blend together:
2 cups basil leaves
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup olive oil
Some salt and pepper
Cover and refrigerate until serving
