Ingredients:

1 kilogram chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 tsp black pepper
3 TBS  Cornstach
1 TBS oil
½ cup low sodium soy sauce
4 TBS rice vinegar
4 TBS ketchup
2 TBS sweet chili sauce
2 TBS brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
3/4 cup water
1 cup cashews

Preparation:

In a plastic bag, place cornstarch, black pepper and chicken
Coat chicken well
Remove excess cornstarch and set aside
Aside, mix all other ingredients except cashews and oil
Heat a wide pot, add oil.
Brown chicken cubes for 2 mn on each side
Add the sauce and 1/2 cup of the raw cashews (roast the other half for garnishing or add here raw if you wish)
Transfer to a preheated oven in an oven proof pot (or use a slow cooker if you have one)
Cook on very low heat for 3-4 hours
Serve with white rice and garnish with spring onions and roasted cashews

Whole Wheat Dough 

Ingredients: (for 4 thin pizzas)

 Mixed together:

1 cup lukewarm water 

1/2 tsp sugar 

 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

Set aside for 10 mn 

Combine: 

1 and a 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 and a 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

1 tsp salt 

2 TBS olive oil and mix with your hand 

Preparation:

Make a well in the middle of flour mix and add the water mix, combine till you get a soft dough 

Knead for 8-10 mn until u get a soft elastic dough

transfer to a greased bowl

cover with a greased plastic wrap let rest for at least 1 hour 

To make the pizza:

Spread one dough ball into a round shape

Spread 2 TBS truffle paste

Add fresh mozzarella cheese chunks

bake in a preheated oven (220 degrees) until cheese has melted and dough is well cooked

Happiness is home made labneh, coated in a unique kind of sprinkles and served next to home made olives, markouk bread from jnoub and some good olive oil 🔥 ** Home made labne:
I got sheep yogurt and cow’s yogurt men l day3a
Put equal amounts in a labne bag (u can use a pillow case instead) and let it drain for 2 days until the mix is dry and hard (left it outside on the balcony hanging overnight the next day)
Formed into balls and rolled them in sesame, habet el barake, dried mint and dried basil
U can roll in chili flakes, dried oregano, toasted sesame or whatever u like**
